The staff are often polite no matter how long the line is they are very hard working. I can see at times they are under stress from the long line of cars but they are good under pressure- seem to work well together. It’s the only McDonald’s I patronize.

Today I got two CHEESEburgers and NEITHER of them had cheese, and the burger was messy. Don't know what else to expect from a McDonald's with bad staff.

An employee came out the side door and took the trash out but still no one took my order. I pulled up to the window in case their speaker wasn’t working or something and they just looked at me and walked away.. then turned all the lights off! Pulled to the front and saw customers sitting in the lobby still eating.. so I called their phone and it was turned off with no option to leave a message. About a week prior they didn’t have a coffee I ordered on the app so they offered to refund, scanned my card to give said refund and I got a charge for $0.00 to my card. (No refund) Both times I saw and dealt with the same manager. This is extremely unprofessional and I actually can’t believe I just experienced being so blatantly ignored as a paying customer during operating hours. I’d give zero stars if I could.
