Every time without fail I have to ask them to remake my drink or just accept the loss. I actively go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin usually but it’s closest to my house and I don’t want to drive all the way to Endicott to get a decent coffee. PLEASE figure this out it’s been months and every time I give this Dunkin a chance again it’s the same, whether there’s new employees or not.

I get there and she has my coffee in her hand. I notice it was about a third from the top. I asked her to please fill my cup up..... I got a shocking answer... "With half ice we aren't allowed to fill it" ... I was in absolute shock!!! I told her I was not going to buy a ⅔ full cup of coffee and they could keep it. I'm so sad. I love Dunkin, but if this is the policy I won't be going back there again.
