  I visit this Dunkin from time to time and they always do well! I’d definitely visit this location rather than the Route 30 one. You always get your order quick here and everything tasted good. 🍩☕️

  Now, this particular •"Dunkin' Donuts"• Store is my Local Neighborhood Store. Located just a mire few blocks away from My.House. With this •"Dunkin' Donuts"• Location being just mire blocks away from my House, I've frequented this Dunkin' establishment a handful amount of times each and every month_(Approx. 4‐6 a month). So, I've witnessed this Location multiple times using both options_(In-Store_&_Drive- Thru). So I write this review with a greater understanding of the daily Service you could expect to receive upon walking through the doors @ Dunkin' Donuts Amsterdam | 160 Church Street. The 'Food' you'll receive will be the same 'Great' tasting Dunkin' food you could fine at every store. No Food Complaints. The Atmosphere at this Location has always been Top-Notch. Friendly staff, nicely Decorated interior but most importantly, always very clean inside of this Dunkin' store. Only downside to my neighborhood Dunkin' Donuts is that sadly do indeed receive better service when you choose to head inside the Dunkin' Store for your visit, instead of using the Drive-Thru for your visit. The problem with the Drive-Thru service are the very long wait times. Sometimes the Drive-Thru wait can be so long that you start to think that perhaps they've forgotten that your outside sitting in your car waiting for order. The simple solve for the Drive-Thru problem is just to head inside to place your order.

  My honest opinion is ... The place was filthy.I mean Filthy.... Didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. Everything looked gross the coffee levers were all caked in some sort of grime. Looked like coffee. The donut display case had garbage and old dirty crumbs in it...Gross, Just Gross... The service was terrible and slow and not very friendly.
