  My kids will get dunkin at the end of the week when I get paid. I order ahead and have been pleasantly surprised with the efficiency, accuracy and friendliness of the lady who works the window on Thursdays and Fridays at 545. She is an absolute gem and ALWAYS has the order correct with the most beautiful attitude! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

  Only giving them a one star because I can't give 0 stars every time I come here. They never have the espresso machine running. Even though they're open and they're supposed to have it running and they just kicked us out of the lobby, saying that they're closed and they don't close until 9 PM. I definitely need a manager to reach out to me because this is an issue and its unacceptable. Your employees are rude and they're lazy. I also emailed corporate about my experience.

  Nasty. XL hot chocolate, not even full, about 4oz's short, I asked to have it filled up, they just add hot water lol. Ok thanks and theres chunksbof stuff on the top. Why does a hot liquid have chunks on top? Place should be shut down. 5 bucks ill never get back. Ill never go to a Dunkin doughnut again. I haven't been to one in a long time, I just remembered why.
