I had an absolute horrible experience at this Chipotle On 4/1/26. We got to Chipotle at 8:58, keep in mind they close at 10. The seating was already removed, the drink stations turned off, no ice, at least three of the sodas I tried to get had no syrup because the woman doing the cleaning shift was making sure no one wanted to stay. She was walking around with an AirPod in singing very loudly. I have been to this location multiple times and I have seen her be very rude to customers and talk badly about them before but I have never been subjected to it personally. The other employees were super nice and I don’t want this review to reflect poorly on them at all. Since all of the seating had been all but removed, an hour before they closed, we asked the employee making our food if we could still eat in as we had just finished grocery shopping and were very hungry, home was still a 35 minute drive back. He said “yes of course!” So we go to the corner, and set one of the rugs which were covering four stools aside, keep in mind, this was not placed on the floor so it would be on the way, I was eating with a rug sitting on the stool next to me and was completely unbothered, I was just happy to eat one of my favorite meals. Now, this employee who was super rude comes behind us and says “what the hell did you think that was there for?” and starts mumbling expletives under her breath. She then proceeds to start slamming the things she’s cleaning, and continuing to say “unbelievable“ and going on about how “there’s an hour until close, why do you have to eat here” as if it is a crazy thought to eat at the location, that is closing at 10… at 9:05 at this point. She continued to do this the entire time we were eating our meal, making my partner as well as myself very upset and uncomfortable. I then went to talk to the manager about this behavior because as mentioned, this is not the first, second, or third time I have seen her act this way but this time I can speak to it as it is being directed at me. When I walked away, she then confronted. my partner asking him “are you done? are you finished though? if you are can you (expletive) move?!” It takes a lot to get my partner angry and at this point, he was livid. I then finally get to speak to the manager, as she runs back to go intercept because she heard me telling one of the employees I wanted to speak to him— and when he comes out he says “we are all having a day and some people are showing their feelings. She’ll get a verbal warning and I’m sorry.” I don’t really mind that’s how he handled it because I understand- this is not what you want to be faced with at 9 at night when you’ve worked- however, this is not her first offense and I am sure I am not the only one who has complained. Her behavior is completely unacceptable and she makes that location an uncomfortable place to be. She does not align with Chipotles proclaimed values and I hope that they take it seriously and investigate the location because I am sure they would observe the same behavious since she exhibits it every single time I’ve seen her in there. Again, don’t often leave reviews but with the way I was treated tonight, I felt that it should be voiced.
