  This was the best service and food I have had in a long time! Also seeing managers and district managers out on the floor and talking to tables is HUGE! Highly recommend. I wish I knew the name of my waiter.

  I went here for dinner on Easter, which is definitely not an easy shift for any server to work. Nathan waited on my table, and he was phenomenal. He was very friendly and provided wonderful service. My friend and I enjoyed our food and the conversation!

  We had a gift card and decided to go. We got the surf and turf. Both filet and lobster were a 3.5/5, sides and salads were 5/5. Server was great and was friendly. It was a nice night out

  My waitress was AMAAAZAAANG. the food was spectacular and she inspired me to give curly bangs a go. Thanks girl for a great experience!

  Before I say anything, my sister and I both work in the food industry, and have for 5+ years, so we understand busy nights, and the way things should be done. We were sat promptly, which gave us good expectations for the night. However, it took our server 10 minutes to even greet our table, and another 10 for our drinks to come out. Our appetizers came out before our drinks. Props to the kitchen for appetizer time, however, drinks should not take 20 minutes to come to the table. Our server, Megan, was very slow and inattentive to our table. When we did finally get our drinks, it took another 15 minutes to get straws, because she never came back to the table. When we finally got straws, we asked for more bread, which we never got. 15 minutes after asking for the bread, our food came out and by then we didn’t want more bread. We asked the manager over to the table after we were finished with our dinner, and wanted to express our disappointment with our service. The manager was semi-helpful and did take money off of our bill, which was appreciated by us. However, after informing us he was taking money off of the bill, we realized we didn’t even have the right check applied to our table. After figuring that all out, the manager left the table, and Megan came back to “apologize.” Right before leaving our table, Megan made a snarky remark and then ran away because she knew her comment was rude, unnecessary, and extremely unprofessional/disrespectful. Following this, I got up again to get the manager, who kind of just laughed in our faces and said he would “take care of her.” Keep in mind, all night this manager was checking in on ALL of her tables, because her service was HORRIBLE. Call me a Karen, I don’t care. I know how the food industry works, and this is wildly unacceptable. We will not ever return to this establishment. #BOOOOOOO
