  I know that you're consistently slammed, but please make sure you're changing the frying oil and maintaining clean standards- the fries recently made me sick. I'm a regular, and that has never happened before.

  The place has changed! The rolls are terrible. You can't find a napkin on the other side of the counter. Ketchup was out so use packets. Price doesn't meet the quality

  This is the worst Five Guys location in Buffalo. Ordered on their app and pickup said 8-13 minutes. Upon arriving we waited over 55 minutes! When we finally confronted to staff, they just held up a bunch of tickets and had no idea where our order was. They didn’t offer a refund, just excuses. Avoid this place! Complete trash. The management should be investigated. They are lying to customers and saying their orders are completed when the order never got started to begin with. Don’t get me started about the inside. No ketchup, peanut bowls, dirty floors. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

  Food is great but I recently ordered for delivery and my order was around an hour behind schedule. Not an hour after I ordered, an hour after it was SUPPOSED to be delivered. My dasher waited for 40+ minutes for my order to even be made. Time management is clearly a problem and there’s understaffing if orders cannot be kept up with.

  Horrible service. I ordered a burger with the works "all the way" and fries and vanilla shake. What I got was absolutely a disappointment. I ordered to go. They were dealing with 2 other people who had messed up orders and then called my number, very distracted with the other incorrect orders they were trying to correct. I trusted my order was correct, but noticed I didn't have my shake that I ordered and paid for. I asked about it and they said "oh, just go to the register and order one". I said, "no, I ordered and paid for it already". They finally got it to me. Then I looked in my bag and there was a burger on the bottom with fries piled on top. I thought all was good. Then I get home and my burger had only 1 patty and was plain, and one bun was missing half of it. So I had 1 plain patty with 1.5 buns instead of 2 patties, the works toppings and 2 full buns. Seems like they don't care about getting orders correct and have no systems in place to check orders. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A CORRECT ORDER!!!!
