When we brought it up to the associate, I could not hear their reply (i recently broke my hearing aid) I did make out an offer of bottled pop. okay. Do you have this flavor? No we only got diet coke. Blah. Ok. Then other people came in. not one word was said to these customers about the pop and they were sold a soda that wasn't. My burger was tasteless and I definitely didn't order onions. Meal was bland and contrite. Thanks five guys!

Got to store to wait an additional 25 min for my order to be completely wrong missing fries and burgers incorrect. On top of all this watching and listening to employees swearing and arguing with each other while food is burning. Terrible experience

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
