Came in young man was great asked multiple questions about our order. Then we get to waiting on our food sandwhich maker talking on her watch , not taking gloves off touching her watch made multiple orders like this disgusting. No hair nets hair was up or hats are on.

Nothing like sitting at the drive thru for 6 minutes to pick up a mobile order to just drive off due to no response. Seeing two workers just hanging by the back door not working. Doubt Wendy’s will do anything but this was Sunday night at 8:50pm. Not the only time this has happened.

I live 1 mi from this location and refuse to go to it because nobody answers the drive-thru and the doors are always locked, what kind of business is this. Instead I drive over to Tonawanda location on Young Street where I get reasonable service
