The man order taking & cashing was obviously a pro. I appreciate other drive thru employees that excel at their job. (I’m a Tim Hortons GM) would give that man a job any day just watching him work. Hope they appreciate him there!

Terrible customer service from the girl at the takeout window. She forgot my kids chicken nuggets and there was never a sorry, please, thank you, have a nice day..nothing. Needs some more customer service training.

Told me wait 3 minutes for the pattys to cook, waited 12 min to get my food and the food was cold. Not only that I paid for a 1 year frosty coupon (the guy on the speaker asked if I wanted to donate a dollar for one) never received it because they had me waiting and probably forgot.
