- BCBLo ChicDec 28, 20251.0***CHINTZY FOOD PREPARATIONS -- Recommending consumers go to another Panera location*** Stopped in to this Panera Bread location to pick up 2 breakfast sandwiches (preordered online). Both sandwiches received were very sloppily put together. I ordered arugula on my sandwich, and when I opened it up it literally had two little pieces of arugula lettuce on it - TWO??!!! The other sandwich that we got had ordered contained bacon…. Well, at least it was supposed to contain bacon because we paid almost $7 dollars for that breakfast sandwich. When we opened it up, there was 1 slice of bacon on the entire sandwich??!!! So look, if PB is trying to save money or if it’s “shrinkflation”…. At least advertise when you’re ordering a $7 dollar breakfast sandwich that the customer is only going to receive 1 tiny piece of bacon on it - and that’s it! Just so the consumer can make a logical decision to go elsewhere, right? It was very apparent that there was little care put into making these sandwiches - they were put together very sloppy. The ingredients were extremely minimal. Basically, we paid for a super thin piece of egg on a little bit of bread! The Niagara Falls Blvd. location in Amherst should be aware of what’s leaving their kitchen - shame, shame! As far as us - We will be heading to Panera Bread in Williamsville from now on! LESSON LEARNED 👍

But hey you can get most of this at the grocery store now, definitely a sign of a healthy company!
