Then it's an pain if you try to contact them for it. When you call the store, they always ask you to call back later because they are too busy even if you called between meals. We order pick up for the convenience but too often end up with wasting time on dealing with wrong orders.

This specific building has the nastiest, most unbearable management I have ever seen, the most miserable staff having to deal with said management and the most corners cut to save money I can say for certain. The food continues to become worse quality while continuously going up in price. Being known for healthy and fresh items seems to just not exist in their ideals anymore as every item is tasteless. When Panera first opened, they were unique. Now, they’ve fallen behind in quality in a market full of better places with healthier and tastier food. and at those other places you’ll get better for less. Staff is good and usually friendly. And service is usually as fast as they can manage, but friendly service isn’t enough with food quality and prices where they’re at.
