Have been to multiple Panera locations and have had decent experience.
Recent experience was horrible.
There was a live bug in my salad, had to throw it out after couple of bites. Not having salad here again.
Customer care report won’t accept photos (it was still photo)
Called to the store and manager refunded the order.

Very expensive for what you get. Chicken noodle soup tasted like mop bucket water. Took a long time despite not being busy. Dining room was very messy.

At the restaurant 10:00 a.m. not busy at all girl at the counter is on her cell phone. Try and find a table 90% of them are dirty let the girl at the counter know. She wiped a few tables left everything on the rest of tables and went back to playing on her phone after waiting on a few customers.

I and my friends have been coming to Panera for nearly 3 years. All if us are "Sip Club" members, which we really enjoy. It is my sincere pleasure to highlight one of your exceptional employees, her name is Teiba. My group comes to your Panera location 3 times per week and Teiba always makes our stay so enjoyable. Teiba is always helpful and so upbeat and cheerful. What an asset she is to the front end of this location. We all love her.

It's frustrating to have picked up your order and got home only to find they missed your sandwich. This happend multiple times. Then it's an pain if you try to contact them for it. When you call the store, they always ask you to call back later because they are too busy even if you called between meals. We order pick up for the convenience but too often end up with wasting time on dealing with wrong orders.
