    Food is great but I recently ordered for delivery and my order was around an hour behind schedule. Not an hour after I ordered, an hour after it was SUPPOSED to be delivered. My dasher waited for 40+ minutes for my order to even be made. Time management is clearly a problem and there’s understaffing if orders cannot be kept up with.

    Horrible service. I ordered a burger with the works "all the way" and fries and vanilla shake. What I got was absolutely a disappointment. I ordered to go. They were dealing with 2 other people who had messed up orders and then called my number, very distracted with the other incorrect orders they were trying to correct. I trusted my order was correct, but noticed I didn't have my shake that I ordered and paid for. I asked about it and they said "oh, just go to the register and order one". I said, "no, I ordered and paid for it already". They finally got it to me. Then I looked in my bag and there was a burger on the bottom with fries piled on top. I thought all was good. Then I get home and my burger had only 1 patty and was plain, and one bun was missing half of it. So I had 1 plain patty with 1.5 buns instead of 2 patties, the works toppings and 2 full buns. Seems like they don't care about getting orders correct and have no systems in place to check orders. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A CORRECT ORDER!!!!

    I typically enjoy going to this place always good service consistency is hit or miss. It seems as of lately time management needs much improvement! I walked in and was told two minutes for french fries the young man walks past the fryer several times finally putting french fries into the deep fryer and somehow two minutes turns to 15 minutes as the other orders are coming out. Hopefully this was a one off and not trend

    The service was terrible. I ordered five cheeseburgers, but they gave me regular hamburgers. When I informed the employee, he became very angry. He took the order, angrily opened all the burgers, added cheese to them, and handed them back to us while muttering insults at us, even though we hadn't said a single word. I took the order and threw it in the trash can inside the restaurant, and we left. They need to give their employees lessons in customer service.
