Happy customer; Stopped in for a quick lunch and ended up with bonus $10 dinners also! Erica was so friendly, knowledgeable on the ingredients in the different dishes, very attentive when she packed our togo dinners adding all the little extra stuff we had with our meals. Definitely will be back!
I had to create a Google account just to leave this review because our server, Erica, truly deserved it. From the moment we were greeted, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made the whole dining experience feel welcoming. She also gave great recommendations that we ended up loving.
It’s rare to come across service that stands out this much, and I hope management knows what a great job she’s doing. If you’re planning on dining at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Amherst, NY, request Eric you won’t be disappointed!!!!
The portion sizes versus the prices have sadly gotten terrible. My salad was $24, the size was like a small side salad portion, or lunch portion, and the 6 small shrimp in it were very dry and overcooked. My son ordered the 7oz steak and even that seemed extra small and thin...$30. That aside, the food did taste delicious and, Chloe H., our server, was wonderful. I mentioned my dissatisfaction and she and her manager provided exceptional customer service. They removed my salad from the bill and actually gave me a tiny fresh portion with extra shrimp to take home.

Made reservations for Saturday 2/21 for a party of 13 to celebrate my son’s 14th birthday. Unfortunately we never got a chance to sit down for dinner. We called Sunday and spoke to GM Ashley who apologized and invited us back today to sit and have the great experience we had. Ashley thanks for the all around great customer service and giving my son a great birthday dinner. Our waitress Megan was phenomenal. She gave great suggestions as this was my boyfriend and kids first time at Carrabba’s. We all left full and happy!!!

This was the 3rd time now that me and my family have ordered out from this establishment and the food was poorly made, tased terrible, we didn’t get what we asked for and received way less than what you would have in the restaurant, and above all we were charged extra and we had to turn back around and address the situation which they eventually fixed, I’m extremely disappointed and frankly frustrated that we pay so much for such poorly made and expensive food. We’ve also called multiple times with no answer just trying to get ahold of someone to address this situation, unfortunately I’ve had to resort to making a review due to no one answering the phone.
