We had a great experience at Carrara’s! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious. Our server, Erica, was especially wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

SERVICE AMAZING. I took my wife out for dinner. This is where she wanted to go. Food was just OK. I was disappointed. There wasn’t a lot of flavor. It did not feel like it was loved. We had the appetizer sampler It was just OK. I had the lasagna it left me feeling like it could’ve been done better. My wife had the chicken Parm. She liked it, but she said it was lacking a little flavor. We had the couples cannoli cake for two and it didn’t taste right it tasted like it had taken on the smell of the restaurant which was so weird. We didn’t say anything to our server because she was amazing and we actually were very happy with her, but I don’t think I will return. It was not worth the date night experience it just felt like a chain restaurant that wanted my money and didn’t care.

What an experience! Ty was a wonderful server, food was delicious and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Will definitely be returning to this location!
Thank you Ty for the first pleasant dining experience we have had for sometime now with other places standards lowering, they could learn a thing or two from him alone not to mention the care placed in the overall experience and meal.

Worst experience I've had in a restaurant in a long time. We were a party of 3 and shared the Classics Combination appetizer to start. It was just okay except for the Bruschetta which was flimsy and soggy, not to mention we were not given small plates to begin with. Try eating soggy bruschetta on a beverage napkin! The salad was mediocre too and came before we were even halfway finished with the app. Then our pasta dishes arrived, all of which lacked flavor because the pasta cooking water wasn't salted enough. So now we're trying to balance, apps, salads, and entrees all on the table simultaneously and the place wasn't even busy. Seriously, why the rush??? If I wanted diner style service, I would've gone to one. The table was never pre-bussed either, so when my party left, every single plate from every single course remained on the table. Get it together guys! 🤌

The worst experience EVER at any kind of food establishment…. We waited for over an hour and the couple next to us waited 1.5 hours. I express my concern to the bartender/waitress and she asked the manager to come over. The poor excuse of a manager (Katie) comes up to us.. what’s the problem here ! That’s her opening line , (with an attitude) I started to express my concern to her about us and the coupe next to us and she went on some Bullshit excuses . Never said sorry or other wise if the kitchen was back up, just bullshit excuses,,, I normally don’t go to chain restaurants but I was out of my area in this location.. then you wonder why they closed the one in Rochester …get rid of that sorry example you call a manager (Katie)to get customers back …btw the couple next to use cancelled their dinner order and we did as well as soon as she gave us poor excuses … SHAME ON YOU CARRABBA’S…
