From the moment we all sat down, she was inattentive and annoyed with us. When we asked to switch tables because of the cold draft from the door, she had a bad attitude and was annoyed with us for asking, even though it was only to the table behind us. She rolled her eyes when we asked for refills, pointed at things when she wanted them (like plates and menus), got annoyed when we asked to keep a drink menu and would walk away from the table without saying anything. The only time she was nice to us was when she asked us to write a positive review about her/the restaurant online, which we did not do. I’ve been here before and had good experiences so this was definitely not what we were expecting:/

The food is always great - I love the cozy "couch" tables near the fireplace as well as the outside seating in the summer!!! The service is always amazing, especially our last server - Lexie!!! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always had a smile on her face!! Highly recommend!!! 👍🏼

Never had to wait for anything. A pleasant smile was a very nice bonus.i would totally recommend this restaurant. I am looking forward to being in the Buffalo area to visit again.
- RRRollincode3Oct 26, 20251.0I don’t write reviews. I’m a big believer that some places have bad days or a mess-up, and it doesn’t paint the picture for the whole restaurant all the time. But this place has continuously delivered low-quality food. I mean, I ordered a burger that was on special, and it came to the table half the size the picture portrayed and looked like it was thrown down a flight of stairs. You’d think if you have a burger on special, and not on sale but advertised for the time of year, you would at least put effort into its presentation. We were one of maybe 6 parties in the restaurant during non-peak hours. So being busy can’t be to blame. I just can’t continue to give this place chances when they’ve completely missed the mark every time. Service was great, and the atmosphere was good.
