I have never been to a 7brew before this one had opened up and I had very, very high hopes. I went before opening day when they were giving away free drinks and upon entering the drive thru, I noticed the huge line of cars, but no worries I was in and out in a jiffy. When I got to the window to receive my drink, the most energetic, kind, passionate, and humble worker named Kai greeted me. I have never been more welcomed and respected in my entire life. I had a rough, stressful day but seeing his lively personality in the drive thru, dancing along to the songs playing, and enjoying his time, made my day more joyous and I drove home all cheerful and happy. I am thankful for Kai and the joy he brought me. Additionally, the workers inside seemed to have a grand ol' time as they whipped up the drinks. The place as a whole seems very lively and the workers seem to get along very well. I am excited to see how 7brew evolves.

This place is amazing!! Great selection of brews.
IMO:
1. It's unfair to blame a NEW business for location and traffic patterns!
2. Why did you go into that line when you saw how long it was, then complain about it?
3. When you had a problem with your order, did you TELL THEM and give them a chance to fix it and make it right for you?
4. Have you checked out other coffee places? This place is not out of line with their prices.
5. Reviews are to be left for an experience out of your control which is customer service YOU received and quality of the product. If you just don't like it, then review your personal opinion. If they messed up your order, don't publicly blast them. Give them a chance to fix it first. If you don't like the long lines, go at a less busier time.

7 Brew is a new company to the Buffalo area. The concept is different from anything we already have. The drive thru may take longer than others due to the amount of cars in the lot. Employees knew what they were signing up for when starting this job. They provide hand and toe warmers and are told to dress for the weather. They rotate often so they aren’t outside their entire shift. They are still new and learning which means they are still working to get wait times down.
Also, the traffic is not the workers’ fault. They are doing the best they can with the lot they were provided. I see a ton of people leaving bad reviews for traffic that they didn’t create themselves. That is not fair to their team.
If you have a question about your order or are disappointed with what you got, please ask staff, they are more than happy to assist and fix it for you, they did for me and I’ve had delightful experiences every time I went!

I got a house brew coffee, which wasn't very good. Any coffee chain I've had before has better tasting coffee. Literally a K-Cup tastes better. My GF got a hot cappuccino and it was 90% foam, and what cappuccino that was actually in there tasted awful. Wanted to try this place since it was under construction but was really disappointed with their coffee. Because of that and the price it's hard to see myself going back.
We also went during a winter storm and thought it would be like a drive-thru at other places- You order over a speaker and pick your order up at the window. Instead they have employees go up to your car with tablets to take your order. We felt terrible for the people working in 30+ mph wind gusts with snow coming down.

The drinks are good and fairly priced. However the biggest drawback is the customer service and the navigation in and out of the parking lot/ drive through. The location is off of a busy street with many popular locations. There is an employee directing traffic in the street and into the entrance. In order to get in you have to get into the median lane causing congestion in traffic and frustration. Not to mention with employee directing live traffic that's not going into the location and that coming in, it is putting the employee and everyday people in danger. I have been here a few time and have almost seen accident almost happen by back ups at the near by intersection, people trying to get in and employees almost getting hit because they are stepping out in traffic to direct.
The customer service is off and horrible. The employees are not friendly and just being demanding. I got attitude from employee for getting into the wrong lane (which then I could not get over to the second, because it would be dangerous and cutting someone off). And when I got up to the window, the employees were more interested in who was coming in ( who they were seeing from a far) than having conversation we the customers. The place seems like more of a social hang out for their employees than anything else.
