I recently gave 7Brew a try and was really blown away with the food and the customer service. Energy is always really high and employees appear to really get into their job and enjoy what they do which is really nice to see!
One particular interaction that really made my day was from Gianna. She took my order and was genuinely kind and easy to talk to. I was undecided on what to get, and she took a moment to ask what flavors I usually like and offered a couple of suggestions without rushing me. We enjoyed a bit of playful banter back and forth over me not being able to make up my mind, but it was nice to be able to get some complementary laughs with my coffee!

First and foremost the staff here are great, we love that you get face to face interaction not only while ordering but also while waiting for your drinks. The drinks remind us of Dutch Bros which we miss so much from out West, and the consistency is top notch. Two things keeping me from leaving 5 stars; while I know the owner and staff can't control the location that was picked now, it might be beneficial for them to have signs out when the lines are unruly. Some of the staff are not equipped or trained in managing traffic, and it can be quite chaotic. I've witnessed a staff member put herself between 2 cars asking the one driver to pull closer. All I could imagine was if they accidentally hit the gas, she'd be paralyzed from the waist down. Additionally, there have been a few times we have not been given the option to tip and the total of our order seems a little off, so it's hard to tell if theyre giving themselves the tip ahead of us paying with card. Overall though, we much prefer this than Starbucks, Dunkin or Tim's. Highly recommend!!

I have never been to a 7brew before this one had opened up and I had very, very high hopes. I went before opening day when they were giving away free drinks and upon entering the drive thru, I noticed the huge line of cars, but no worries I was in and out in a jiffy. When I got to the window to receive my drink, the most energetic, kind, passionate, and humble worker named Kai greeted me. I have never been more welcomed and respected in my entire life. I had a rough, stressful day but seeing his lively personality in the drive thru, dancing along to the songs playing, and enjoying his time, made my day more joyous and I drove home all cheerful and happy. I am thankful for Kai and the joy he brought me. Additionally, the workers inside seemed to have a grand ol' time as they whipped up the drinks. The place as a whole seems very lively and the workers seem to get along very well. I am excited to see how 7brew evolves.

This place is amazing!! Great selection of brews.
IMO:
1. It's unfair to blame a NEW business for location and traffic patterns!
2. Why did you go into that line when you saw how long it was, then complain about it?
3. When you had a problem with your order, did you TELL THEM and give them a chance to fix it and make it right for you?
4. Have you checked out other coffee places? This place is not out of line with their prices.
5. Reviews are to be left for an experience out of your control which is customer service YOU received and quality of the product. If you just don't like it, then review your personal opinion. If they messed up your order, don't publicly blast them. Give them a chance to fix it first. If you don't like the long lines, go at a less busier time.

7 Brew is a new company to the Buffalo area. The concept is different from anything we already have. The drive thru may take longer than others due to the amount of cars in the lot. Employees knew what they were signing up for when starting this job. They provide hand and toe warmers and are told to dress for the weather. They rotate often so they aren’t outside their entire shift. They are still new and learning which means they are still working to get wait times down.
Also, the traffic is not the workers’ fault. They are doing the best they can with the lot they were provided. I see a ton of people leaving bad reviews for traffic that they didn’t create themselves. That is not fair to their team.
If you have a question about your order or are disappointed with what you got, please ask staff, they are more than happy to assist and fix it for you, they did for me and I’ve had delightful experiences every time I went!
