  Today there was no line waiting and I wanted to see what all the “Hype” was about. I told the attendant, I normally go to Starbucks and I like their Strawberry Matcha. He said they have it. Ok, price was about $6 for a medium. I got it, and I have to say, Starbucks has them beat on Presentation and Taste. I will add a photo. Does this look like a Matcha to you? 🤔

  This place is BY FAR amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience and the wait time is VERY understandable. The line is long and I feel for the workers directing traffic. Theres this one worker who they call the 67 god. He’s AMAZING and so patient and always happy to answer questions. 12/10

  We stopped by 7 Brew and had one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had thanks to Derek. From the moment we pulled up, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to help us. He took the time to talk with us, answer our questions, and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. What really stood out was how accommodating he was. He didn’t rush us at all and was super patient while we figured out our order. Derek went out of his way to make sure everything was right and made the whole experience feel personal instead of just another quick stop for coffee. You can tell he really cares about customers and takes pride in his job. His positive attitude and great energy made our visit way better than expected. Employees like Derek are the reason people come back. If you stop by and Derek is working, you’re in great hands! Seriously one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. Derek deserves a shoutout and recognition for how awesome he was.

  The speed of service was fantastic when I went, line was out to the road and I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. It should also be highlighted how kind and thoughtful the workers are. Im becoming a frequent flyer here, definitely worth giving it a try!

  Why did someone build a coffee place here? This is a horrible location. Every time I go to Wegmans and take North Bailey I have to wait ages because there's a backup of cars going in and out of this weird coffee shop. I just sat through 3 red lights waiting to turn left on to N Bailey from Maple. Why can't people make their own coffee at home?
