All in all terrible experience. I’ve been a chipotle fan for over a decade but the last three years it’s been nothing but disappointment from the company as a whole. It’s sad to say but I’m never giving Chipotle my business ever again.

Then, because of this massive catering order, they only had chicken available, which looked like it was old and dried out. The chicken tastes burnt. There’s a serious issue if online orders are going to diminish my experience and leave me with no choice to order (if they ever do get around to taking orders) then I would go out of my way to tell people not to come here.
