  Did not have much time,to return my fish sandwich and Arby Original,did tell the cashier that both my sandwiches were ACTUALLY cold,she said sorry,no real care,though ..

  Came in to a fresh clean restaurant. Before we placed our order we saw the employees talking sanitary precaution before making food! Brook took our order and was very professional and nice. She allowed us to take our time when we were indecisive and showed no signs of frustration through facial expression nor body gesture! My wife was never a fan of Arby’s but this whole experience turned her out she said in which she’ll go out of her way for anything she wants and just added this to her list! This whole store needs raises!

  Employees are always friendly and attentive. Ceiling could use some attention as it appear the roof may have leaked.

  Drive through workers were rude and nasty! They forgot the second fry, the worker insisted I was wrong. Another worker came to help and gave me the fries. I asked if the sauce was in the bag(I spent $28 so the bag was full)she laughed and said "look in the bag" I had a few words for her. What a nasty brat Amherst. NY Niagara Galls Blvd location. Friday January 30th. Around 7:50 pm. I always give compliments to managers when I get good service, this time I had to complain!
