  Not sure what is going on with this place. Been here a few times and every time it's been a bad experience. At first I thought maybe it was just because of opening, but thats not the case. They have forgotten part of my order 3 times now, the burgers come out cold, cheese not even melted, forgotten my straw, sauce and they have attitudes when you tell them they forgot something. There's a constant wait regardless of being only person in drive-thru or not. Have gone thru, waited at menu with no answer, first window no answer, 2nd window they finally come out and wonder why you skipped the other windows. A couple times went thru just for pie or cookies and the'yre cold and old. Recommend asking for the food made FRESH. I could honestly go on even further, but aint got time for that. There's other reviews with experiences similar to mine, how has nothing been done about anything?

  12/27 I placed a mobile order for a sausage egg n cheese McGriddle meal and another sandwich (same thing) with my rewards. Paid extra for all modifications (like anybody else would) went through drive got my order got home opened the bag to this. Ordered breakfast got lunch…pretty sure whoever ordered this would’ve been mad abt a “large” (really a small) fry. there’s no number to call this restaurant or anything! (I will say while everybody seems so nice. This is fast food and if you can’t simply check a sticker to look at what an order is and hand it out a window you shouldn’t be working in fast food…coming from somebody who does.)

  Placed the same order as the first time we went they messed it up. It happens no big deal. just left the second time they messed it up again so I turned around and came back. They took so long to fix. it wasn’t anything that should have taken that long. Unfortunately there were only a few people there and they messed up one of their orders too. It’s not as if they were so busy they couldn’t handle it. There were only 2 small orders on their p.o.s system. When I brought the mistakes up(there were a couple) I waited and waited and waited. When finally I got it i then realized they messed it up again. I understand that it’s a McDonald’s and that it’s new so maybe the staff is new to the kitchen so I’m not expecting perfection but it was some of the worst service I have ever had from and extremely not busy restaurant.

  Went to check out the new mcdonald's location, that staff has no idea what they are doing . The kiosks were not working properly, you could make the order then an error would come up and tell you to give your order number at the till and pay, which was fine ...i get it gliches at a new place. So went to the till with my order number and the woman on the till had no idea what she was doing , she canceled the order then asked what it was again...but in the middle of my order twice she says hold on while she is listening to another staff member deal with coffee that a customer complained was not made properly. The other lady was dealing with the customer complaining about coffee, and the woman at the till still just stood there looking confused and saying to the customer it has sugar in it and not talking my order., I said forget it cancel my order...I have never seen such a disorganized McDonald's in all my life Instead of just saying to the customer that "It has sugar in it" and the customer saying it is not good, either ask the other staff member to put more sugar in it or remake it....not argue with the customer for 5 minutes while I am trying to order. Not professional at all and no customer service skills.

  Not sure if it’s because this is a new location but this place just doesn’t have their shit together. I went the first time and literally got to experience every window. First I was told to pull up to first window, then they couldn’t find my order so manager had to help. Then I was told to go to second window, still no order in sight. So I was told to go to the third window and waited there for 10 minutes. Mind you, I was the only one in the drive thru! Then I made the big mistake of coming through a second time a few days later. I was once again the only person in the drive thru. I get to the window and the lady hands me a bag and I said “I’m sorry but I got a drink as well” she seemed very annoyed at this point already and barked “what kind of drink?” I told her and then realized when I looked in my bag that it was an entirely different order. I said “I’m sorry again but this isn’t what I ordered” and she ripped the bag from my hand and said “so it’s the entirely wrong order then?” And I said yes I’m sorry. She turned to her coworker and loudly said “now I have to remake two things!!” Then I heard her continue to complain to another unseen coworker. I finally got the right order and it was swimming in grease and absolutely inedible.
