  Haven't had mcdonalds in forever and this confirms why. Owner of this franchise should be embarrassed. Ordered two basic double cheese burgers with only Ketchup both were absolutely covered in Onions between the patties in the cheese. Had the added bonus of hearing all the kids working talking about doing drugs when the drive thru window was open. Also why display all the app only deals on the menu.

  If you want to be forced to order something other than what you want, have to go to an atm to pull out cash because their card reader is down, then get your food cold, stale, and wrong, this is the spot to go. 10/10 don’t recommend.

  Normally this mcdonalds is great but today it was not. They didnt give us our sauces and the food was a mess big Mac sauce all over the whole sandwich all over the buns asked for one patty and still got two fries dumped all over the bag napkins drenched in grease.

  Mobile ordered for myself and my family and everything was messed up. No salt on the fries, all the burgers were missing ingredients, no ice in any of the drinks, one of the drinks was half full, old toys (that's whatever but I figured I'd mention), and missing 3 chocolate milks. One or two mistakes is one thing but 6 in one order that they had time to prepare before I even left the house!? Absolutely not. Do better.

  I never leave reviews so believe me, this was BAD. Got food poisoning at this location in December (drive-thru 12/23/2025 at 2:23pm). A family member just went to the same location two days ago (1/26/26) and had food poisoning. Already reached out to customer service to let them know but I am definitely NOT going back to this location.
