If you have an issue and bring it up to management you are treated with attitude. Asking for your money back is a big hassle. I now ask for my food to be "put down fresh" and offer to wait. Hospitality and food procedure is lacking. Managment blames it on new hires or short staffed everytime. Will be ordering elsewhere for a while.
