  Long wait times, and even worse, did not get my order right. Did not sub beef for beans and missing the extras that I paid for in my crunch wrap. The building itself is nice, though.

  Is it better than the one on Central that closed down? Yes; I can confirm I have not been screamed at over missing items in my order with my toddler in the backseat, so there's that. Could be because I don't have the option to use drive thru if you order on mobile, you are forced at this location to get out of your car. However, I have still been gaslit about missing items in my order, tonight I waited 30 minutes for them to START my order when I gave my name 3x, and in general, this place still sucks. I really wish we had better fast food options in the Capital region, but we don't.

  if I can give a zero star review, I would this place is awful. I’d never receive my food at all, and they gave me a refund after two hours of waiting. horrible place. never again should anyone order from here!

  From the moment I walked in, I felt such a positive vibe. It was clean and everyone was so helpful. This has to be my favorite fast food experience in actual years and the best Taco Bell service I’ve gotten in the capital region.

  I ordered online, got to the drive thru and they lowkey yelled at me to go to some pickup window instead. I go to this 4 foot by 6 foot room and am sardined with 10 other people. No one got there food for 15 minutes- no cars got through the drive thru and we had to listen to 4 people yell at each other vaguely about making food. I canceled the order after 10 more minutes of no one getting anything lol. 25 minutes and one girl was given a Baja blast
