  Good rule of thumb: don't eat taco bell in the capital region. It's bad at all locations here, the food was wrong and we didn't even order through a cashier, we used the manual ordering tablets at the front of the store, so there is literally no possible way for the cashier to mishear your order. I also emailed the management and just get automated responses. Please just close this place down so people don't have to suffer eating here for the first time.

  We in line ordered food 35 cars in drive thru she told the car behind me 45mins to an hour I'm waiting for my food lol so is everyone cars around building even blocking wolf road workers no doing nothing inside been here 22 mins so far 1 car helped 36 cars in drive thru now this crazy don't come to this one the workers are striking

  Consistently the slowest Taco Bell I ever been through for door dash and to dine even during slow hours 2pm on a Monday they are always so slow and making mistakes I don’t understand what the problem times during peak hours you will be in line for 40 minutes

  I waited in line for over 40 minutes. The lady at the window didn’t give me my receipt. At the window, i waited for a long time waiting on my food. My food was waiting on the counter for who knows how long. When i received my food, it was cold Like as if they made it over 40 minutes ago. There were 4-5 employees there just talking inside. Horrible service

  the staff at this Taco Bell location are rude on Orthodox not cleanly not putting food in the proper container the portions are too small for what you are charging or overcharging for nobody gets the order correctors anywhere from tacos to check into nacho fries all over the place it's on clean when you can see right into the kitchen everything's all over the floor they mess up orders they give the wrong orders they give the smallest portions and they have too many people in their walking around looking like they're doing something when they're really doing nothing or too many people live in talking and not actually working ask the lady for the 10-piece chicken by combo that comes with nacho fries and a drink the other day she's like do you want to make it a deluxe trying to upsell me I don't eat beef I got the 10-piece chicken box for a reason she told me I didn't know what came with the deluxe she clearly when I said I wanted the 10-piece box didn't know what I was talking about I came there for a reason I said exactly what I wanted off the back the 10 piece chicken bite combo why would I pay for something that I didn't want why are you trying to sell me on tacos when I clearly just wanted the 10-piece combo with the fries in the drink I don't eat beef I don't eat pork it's chicken and turkey you guys clearly have chicken alternatives and I got these nacho steak loaded fries with guac I had done chicken for a substitute I didn't know it came with guac until I got the order half my fries one on the floor they made him so messy they put him in this cardboard flat box for like a quesadilla they're supposed to put them in a plastic Tupperware it may give you the smallest portion in a mess up how the order supposed to look how much you're supposed to get and what containers supposed to go on they messed up my order at this location twice they clearly don't listen to instructions do their job listen the rules or do any work here because the places of Pigs pan I don't really eat fast food but I try to look for cheap chicken Alternatives I will never eat at this location ever again so rude people bad places not clean at all in always a mass & massing up you food don't go here
