  After reading other reviews, I expected to get bad service her, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, although a bit inexperienced, and the food was perfect. The location is clean and there was no wait in the drive thru lane.

  The employees are very friendly and obviously trying their best in this establishment with the location placing near the highschool I commend them for being so friendly. Despite the low ratings and reviews I recommend coming here.

  Ordered 3 soft shell tacos, simple order. Received 3 hard shell tacos, no big deal, went back in to get it fixed. Chris at the counter was pleasant about it and apologized. Then I received my order, I should’ve checked inside because when I went to eat my order they forgot to add the third taco. Who ever the girl working in the back is doesn’t sound too pleasant and I didn’t wanna make a more stressful environment for Chris working the counter as it was already full of customers complaining.

  I usually don't leave reviews but I believe this is especially noteworthy. Tonight, I was waiting at another Taco Bell for over 30 minutes at the intercom. With all the cars behind me losing their patience and even cutting in front of me, I went to the order window after the cars in front of me left and asked if I could order from the window after explaining how no one was responding to me at the intercom. The manager understood my situation but said I still had to go back to the end of the line where 15 other cars were waiting. I decided afterward to go to this Taco Bell location despite the discouraging reviews. I was able to put in an order at the intercom and get to the order window fairly quick on a late Saturday night. When I got to the order window, I saw a familiar friendly face of the manager Will who I dealt with multiple times a few years ago at another Taco Bell I usually go to. It was good to catch up with him and when I randomly told him about the situation I dealt with earlier at the other Taco Bell, he did something delightfully generous I wasn't expecting where he gave me my order for free! I was willing to pay for what I ordered but he legitimately wanted to make sure I got what he thought I deserved after the hard time I dealt with. Will is a great manager in the times I met him before and always great to talk to. He acknowledged the negative reviews and explained to me about where they were coming from but with his presence there, he is trying to turn the place around. From my unbiased opinion, it looks like he surely is. You got no reason to believe anything I say in this review since this was just my experience. I can say with delightful confidence that as long as Will is managing this store, the place will continue to turn around and while the negative reviews will still happen, I think they will be greatly reduced as Will keeps turning this store around.

  This Taco Bell is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to this Taco Bell several time since it’s moved to this new location and have never had a positive experience. That stupid little mobile pickup window is a joke. You mobile order and then wait in that room with 19 other people before you get your food, COLD 26 minutes later. This place is a joke. Drive a little further and go the east greenbush or Glenmomt. Save your time and money and put this place out of business.
