  AVOID THIS TACO BELL AT ALL COSTS. I work in customer service, and honestly I never expect much when going through any fast food drive through, but at the very least, I should expect the employees to at the very least do the bare minimum they are there to be paid to do. (Greet the customer promptly, take order, serve order promptly), and by all means I know when places are busy things take a little bit longer, but this place, but this place was dead, I was the only car in drive through, they just didn't bother. I pull up to drive through kiosk around 7pm, the automated welcome message plays asking if I will be using the mobile app, I reply not today, and then silence, couple minutes go by, still silence, no greeting, no we will be right with you, nothing. I say, "hello, I am ready to order when you are!", still nothing. After a couple more minutes and a couple more hellos, I decided they clearly didn't want my business, and would rather have another bad review. After I pulled away I pulled up to pick up window and knocked, at which point I could see the employees sitting around leaning on counters and chit chatting, not a care in the world. Just ignoring customers. Mind you they didn't even look my direction when I knocked on the window. Fine establishment we have here, brand new restaurant, already being run into the ground by quality staff. Its so true, good help is hard to find! Even bad help tries to do the job, these employees are clearly just no help. I wish I had taken pictures of the circle jerk to attach to this review

  This is by far the worst Taco Bell store period. Staff treat customer like garbage. Sometime when you walk in to order food they just refuse to take your order.

  Manager pissed me off (black girl with blonde hair), being so messy and rude for no reason. Poor workers being yelled at for no reason. No wonder why this place is understaffed. Can’t even wait for a DoorDash order without being screamed at, her talking bout “if your impatient leave”. Even hollering at someone about a damn bathroom. Even yelled at a blind dasher beside me. He couldn’t see the pickup window and went inside the entrance and got told to gtfo the lobby. Justice for these workers, they prolly get paid minimum wage to deal with her cranky ahh 🤢

  Service is very, very slow no matter what time of days and orders have been wrong every time I got from here. Review as a delivery driver: employees are slow to respond to you if not outright ignoring you. They are extremely rude and short with you.

  Man. Place was a mess. Dirty. Staff loud. Talking more than working. Blasting hip hop. Line 5 people long and none were greeted. I ordered for drive thru. They told me to come in. Took just under 30 min from order to ready. Go to a different location. Not worth the frustration here.
