- JJJuliaNov 15, 20251.0Yesterday, I ordered two footlong subs. My sub was not prepared as I instructed them to do so, and I am very disappointed. I asked for the bread to be crispy and toasted, which I left a special instruction for. Although the bread was toasted, it was not crispy whatsoever. I asked for pepper jack cheese on my sub, and received no cheese on it instead. I also asked for extra vinaigrette and Baja Chipotle sauce, which I barely received both of. In addition to this, one of the subs was not cut in half, while the other was. I really don’t understand how hard it is to do your job properly. Do you get paid that low you enjoy seeing other people suffer?? I thought that one TikToker was over exaggerating about her order being made wrong, but it isn’t because this is the type of service Subway gives nationally.

Im sure a family with minor children would have been overwhelmed! You might have your employees (yes they were, they had uniforms on) do that in the parking lot, or their own cars. It was affecting shoppers of other stores. Time and place.....
