    Very disappointed with how this location handles customer issues.Extremely bad! Two days ago, my order was missing fries. The manager (Jen) told me I could call next time and they would add one for free to make up for it. I placed an order last night, but it was canceled due to delivery issues, so I never received anything. Today I placed a new order and called about the promised replacement. Instead of honoring what was previously promised, I was told They would not add it and that I need to contact the general manager. It’s not about the fries — it’s about keeping your word. If management makes a promise, it should be honored. Passing customers around and refusing to fix a simple mistake shows very poor customer service. Would not recommend this location.

    Was told i had to go inside and order. The drive in wasn't working. I went inside no one in sight. Took 7 minutes to get attention.

    asked our order, told it to them in drive through, then told us “due to staffing issues they cannot take another order”. we are from out of town so this was disgusting and disappointing.

    This is likely the worst Sonic I have been to. The first time I went, we had excellent service and our order was filled accurately. However, after going back the restaurant has been short staffed and has always had certain items out of stock. I think that corporate needs to examine the specific issue at this sonic
