- AAAkua4 days ago1.0Driver showed up with the wrong order. I called the store because the driver claimed I would have a credit for $31.88 in my account. I called the store 4 times in 4 minutes to speak to a manager, he hung up the phone each time and just kept saying hello, hello, hello, pretending he couldn't hear me. I will continue to keep calling the store to get a refund. I will be calling my bank and will be calling corporate and reporting this location (See attached photos) 1. What I ordered 2. What I got(label) clearly not my order. 3. The photo of what I got 🤮🤢 4. The screenshots of the four phone calls that I made to the store that the guy kept hanging up on me. Just don't order delivery use uber eats that way if there is a problem they can be held accountable. #smh
- AHAndrew HaagJan 1, 20261.0Worst Papa John's ever. First off the manger need to learn to let people speak and not talk over them. Second he needs to learn that computers and phones dont lie. I had place and order for an Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza, it came without pepperoni. The manger told me I removed it from the order which I didn't. I showed them a picture of the pizza and the recipe. Then he told me I was lying and faked the receipt. Needless to say the receipt says nothing about removing the pepperoni. I have submitted the photo evidence and the recorded phone to corporate.

He was using curse words n i was with my child. The driver kept his cool. But this is unacceptable. The manager had an attitude the whole time. Not nice to see.
