  This store has problems. For a long time we have experienced frequent errors with orders, to the extent that we try to avoid going to this particular location. However, since it is the closest location to our home, we do go there. But today was the last straw. We ordered a full Tuna sandwich without tomatoes and adding onions. We got a half Tuna sandwich with tomatoes and onions. We also did not get two bags of chips (we had two sandwiches in the order). I decided to return to the store to address the problem and then an even worse problem started. I entered the store with the bag containing the delivered order and said to the gentleman checking orders (who was not there when I picked up the order initially), "Please look at the order slip and then check the inventory in the bag." At this point he said to me that I was being confrontational and he was tired of dealing with people like me. I tried to explain that we had many problems with orders at this location, but he kept saying I was being rude. Ignoring me, he checked the inventory and ordered another half sandwich to complete what was supposed to be the full sandwich, but he neglected to specify no tomatoes and add onions, so the half sandwich we ended up with did not match the order. He did provide the two missing bags of potato chips. At that point I asked to speak to the manager and he informed me that he, Joe, was the General Manager and he was tired of dealing with people like me. I must tell you that at this point I am inclined to never return to this location. This confrontational treatment of a customer with a legitimate complaint is inexcusable. We do like Panera, however, and will continue to visit other locations.

  Staff are super nice but they are usually out of their popular bread by the time I get there in the evening.

  I really wish they would include more vegan soups like black bean as well as vegan bread for sandwiches. A nice salad with chick peas would be welcome.

  I would never set foot in this place again!! Whoever owns this franchise really or obviously they don’t care or they don’t know how foul this place is!

  If I could marry a cafe, I would marry Panera Bread. Sorry that was weird -- anyway, I love Panera, simple as that.
