I ordered ahead to try to beat the lunch rush, but still had to wait more than 45 minutes for my food. The employees were working nonstop and were apologetic. I completely understood and it's not their fault if a lot of customers come in at once. They handled everything as best they could.
But what was most disappointing was the lack of support from management. While orders piled up and there was only one employee bagging orders, I watched as the manager with dark hair and glasses stood off to the side doing temperature checks instead of helping. It was frustrating to see the manager do that while the situation played out in full view of many customers.
As someone who’s worked in restaurants, I understand how important food safety is. But when your staff is drowning and patrons are lining up, leadership means you should be helping your team, not hiding behind tasks while everyone else takes the heat.
This is exactly the kind of behavior that destroys morale and makes service worse for everyone. The employees deserve better and customers deserve better. Girl I ate my soup and left!

I love this location the food is always tasty and served with a smile. Honestly I come here for the people just as much as the food as there are more then a few panera's in the capital region five star service.

This location is honestly terrible. Every time I give them another chance, there’s always an issue. The food consistently arrives wrong, poorly prepared, or just completely careless. It feels like they hire people who don’t care about quality or presentation.
The Bistro French Onion Soup was nothing like what’s pictured online… no cheese, no croutons, just onions in broth. Totally misleading. The kids’ grilled cheese was even worse… it had a piece of lettuce stuck to it and a long hair in the cheese, sticking out of the sandwich. It had to be thrown out completely.
They advertise “craftsman-quality” sandwiches and fresh ingredients, but nothing ever looks or tastes like it should. I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but they fail every single time.

My coworkers and I ordered delivery from here this past Tuesday and they forgot SEVERAL items from our order, including a soup... in a soup and sandwich dipper combo. The manager, Mike, apparently bagged and checked the order himself. We called to attempt to get the items delivered to us after all and they stated their manager would not send a new driver with our remaining food and silverware. One of us has to drive to pick up our items, which completely defeats the point of delivery in the first place and meant that the rest of the food was cold when they got back. Please figure out a better way to resolve this and make sure to train your managers properly on order packing and customer assistance.
