The employees usually can’t understand anything you’re saying. They never use the first window for payment and have a huge line at the second window due to it. The drive through is all messed up with a huge pothole in the middle of the drive thru that will mess up your car. And they never let you have a receipt. Today I got a Big Mac meal, how do you forget to put cheese on a burger? And the container was left open so it was spilled all over the bag, and there’s no fing Mac sauce on the burger. They refused to give me a receipt, the lady at the window couldn’t understand what I was saying and asked me to speak in Spanish which I do not know unfortunately and I just gave up.

The employees were just standing there. People without uniforms were going behind the counter to grab things..? Very chaotic and unprofessional. Awful.
