    I place an order on line (Prime Rib)on 1/8/26, to be picked up on 1/9/26. When I got to the store on 1/9/26 I went to the section to pick up my purchase and they informed me that it was cancelled due to the fact that it wasn't in stock. The service member was training someone and actually told them what happened instead of talking to me. I had no notification in any way, they have my phone number and my email. So then I had to go back to the meat counter and get a more expensive cut of meat ($64 more). Also instead of spending 10 minutes to pick up my order, I was there for 45 minutes. After, I contacted a manager, they apologized and informed me that their system is still getting the kinks out. And due to my inconvenience, the adjusted my purchase.
