For anyone who doesn’t know insurance wise for every million dollars of regularly unattended possible losses you need one armed security guard to cover that you have done your due diligence and stopping the loss of that million dollars… what in the world are they hiding in the Hannaford’s where they’re concerned that $1 million might walk out the door at any point??? They must be stockpiling gold in the back room or some nonsense. This location, barely even has a pharmacy to speak of definitely more going on than meets the eye the security guard told me the contract was written up three years ago and continues on so if someone put something in the building back in Covid that’s worth over $1 million and can be stolen or destroyed in a timely manner…whaaaaatt?? lol. The owner of that Hannaford needs to discover what a portfolio is.
