On the negative side, I wanted to order a Strawberry Milkshake but was unable to get a clear answer about the ingredients. Both the customer representative at the cash register and the manager could not answer my question of "What type of milk (2%, Almond, Oat, etc.) is used in the milkshake?" I thought this was a pretty simple question. Please ensure your staff are better prepared to answer basic product questions for the next customer. Thank you for your time.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
