  Most of the people in the store are ok however many of them show attitude towards customers unprovoked and they will get lippy with you for no reason. The food is fine. Like any other dunkin really. However if you try to call them on their crappy phone that sounds like its been through the washing machine they will hang up on you while you're talking. And if you call back they will put the phone next to the espresso machine to try and make you hang up.

  Non-working restroom is a very big problem especially when you’re spending your hard earned money in a restaurant. I don’t appreciate this at all.

  So I just ordered almost the $9 large iced coffee obviously I had extra stuff in it. And I got less ice and they gave me a size of a medium in a large cup and also they didn't add my espresso in it either. Definitely will not be going to this dump it again because no other dunkins do that not not that amount you literally gave me a medium size coffee when I paid for a large definitely won't be going to this Dunkin donuts anymore. I don't care if I have to drive out of my way to a different dunkin' donuts no other dunkin' donuts does this. You gave me a half empty cup a large iced coffee cup trash you guys are trash. That's definitely not what you want to do for your franchise that's for sure I work in the fast food industry that's not what you want to do trust me when I say that you're going to lose a lot of freaking customers that's for sure and I'm excited for that!!!!!! Like literally I bought a large iced coffee you gave me a large cup but medium drink in a large cup!!!

  Service here is varied. Depends on whose working. Most of the time everyone is friendly and seem happy to be helping. The only thing that could be done better is read the modifications made to food orders. 5 out of the last 6 times they've failed to add the extras I've paid for. Only got it correct tonight. Still waiting on a call regarding the wrong sandwiches that were made. Owners don't seem friendly enough to care. Just my opinion, of course. Photo is of a bacon, egg & cheese that was supposed to have extra cheese. Second photo is of the Bacon Jam Breakfast sandwich which they sent 2 of, instead of the correct sandwiches I ordered. Food was also cold.
