I am sure the owner of this particular Dunkin doesn’t care about this feedback as he is making money whether there are good reviews or bad but I hope it eventually catches up to him. I don’t go to D/D for fine dining but when ordering a plain bagel and a donut turns into a problem it seems that only NASA can solve there is an issue. Couple that with having your food tossed on the counter and being told by the manager “ how the hell am I supposed to know what you want ? “ after I have placed, paid for , and returned my cold bagel once already, it seems like we have become numb to the rudeness given out by these EMPLOYEES!!! Owners ! Pay attention to the people that represent you or you will not be owners for long !!
