The staff is rude, you stand around for a good 10 mins while your cup (iced) is sitting on the countertop waiting for the coffee to be put in it. I ordered a TOASTED bagel with extra cream cheese. The bagel was put through the “toaster” came out untoasted. I ordered EXTRA cream cheese, watched her out minimal on. Told the lady i paid for extra and she rolled her eyes to take the bagel out and put minimal on the other half. This is not the first time for the laziness and rudeness of the staff. I will not be back to this location. Never have i ever been so disgusted in a location.

Yes the staff has been very much a recolving door kinda experience now a days so i dont expect them to know me or my order anymore. Inwent yesterday teying to get me and my daughters our USUAL order, me a caramel vraze latte and them ice milk with vanilla syrup (because obviously im not giving my children caffine and they dont even like the decaf so it made no sense getting them a latte.) ive never had a problem before and usually pay a little less than i do for a latte. Well yesterday they flat out refused to let me order unless i wanted to pay latte price for a cup of ice milk. I explained kindly and patiently. I could see they were young and not well versed on customer service. I could also see they wanted to do the absolute bare minimum. They were all dismissive huffing and puffing telling me "theres no button" for a drink i get 4x a week. I see why its a revilving door of employees and i will not be returning to this location strictly because of the lack of customer service.
