- BMBrittany MeyerNov 10, 20251.0I ordered a large fun drink and received a large black coffee instead. They put ketchup on my bacon, egg, and cheese without asking, and I am allergic to tomatoes. When I asked for a new one, the woman told me she was going on break and that someone else could help me, but no one else was there. I felt uncomfortable, so I left and will not be returning.

Lady in the cashier said the machine was broken so I couldn’t order my Frappuccino and I could only get frozen coffee or regular warm coffee so I just got the frozen coffee with mocha flavor. She then told me to pick up the drink on the side while she proceeded to take another girls’ order. I stepped to the side with my baby’s stroller when I saw she was attending someone else but then she started yelling that I needed to pay like I was trying to leave without paying (??). She also made the other girls order before mine and was talking to me like she was doing me a favor. My coffee was not frozen, very watery and not good at all. Worst service ever, I feel bad for her for being that rude and miserable. Never go to this Dunkin’
