When I went in, I placed my order. Off the rip, it looked as though tensions were high. Not a word was said between the workers. I asked for a latte, light sweet blah blah blah. My friend that i was with was asking about the new releases of drinks and when they would be out. The woman (older white woman with dirty blonde hair) responded with an attitude "I dont know". Then proceeds to not say a word to us. I get the coffee and see no sugar on the receipt on the cup. So I ask her if she put sugar in it, and she says, "does it say it on the receipt?". It didnt. So she said, "if it's not on the receipt, than it's not in there. I didnt hear you ask for sugar". No problem. I told her I'll just add it in myself. This white (maybe mixed) kid (young, dark brown, almost black long hair) hands me 3 packets of sugar. I say thank you, and again, not a word was said. I asked for 2 more packets of sugar and the dirty look I got... it was as if I was asking them for a LG ordered. So I had to ask, "Did i do something to upset you guys?" Because the feeling of not being welcomed was definitely present. I understand not liking your job, or not wanting to be at work. But to make your customers feel as though your imposing on them, it makes simply getting coffee highly uncomfortable. Maybe they skipped the basics of customer service during training? I dont know. But it would be nice to not be greeted with attitudes early in the morning.

Caramel frozen coffee was white and did not taste like coffee or caramel at all. Just ice.

As a mother to a child with disabilities, I am all for hiring differently abled, humans that said they need to be under supervision of at least one fully able bodied person at a time, because when mistakes are made and there are only disabled people working. And they don't understand how to fix it.It becomes incredibly frustrating and I was overcharged and they did not fix it.And now i'm going to have to pursue further action. So I would avoid this location going forward. It was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. The worst one of all of them has very long stringy hair and does not wear a hair net or gloves. And i'm pretty grossed out at this point.

I order from this Dunkin’ Donuts all the time the manager Colleen is wonderful. I ordered two donuts along with my coffee order I spent at least 20 $25 dollars probably every three days there today. I spoke to Joanne who was a manager. She was rude. She told me that the donuts don’t go in the same bag as the coffee is for GrubHub or your pick up deliveries they do I’ve been ordering for a long time. Joe needs to find out exactly what her employees do there. I would not go there as long as Joan is there she needs to be transferred someplace else. Colleen is a good manager. She’s very attentive to the customer to call and she’s very helpful.
