- TOThe Odd OneFeb 23, 20261.0This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever had the displeasure of going to. The owner up charges on all the specialty drinks 1-2 dollars higher than any other Dunkin in the area. But that’s not the worst part. They are the most SLOW people I have ever interacted with. They have no sense of urgency in any way and offer next to no customer service. I’ll pull in the drive through. There is one car ahead of me and no one inside waiting in line. It takes regularly 15 plus minutes to get an order under those circumstances. The Dunkin down central the other way will have a line wrapped around of 6/7 cars and I’ll be out of there in 5 minutes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. This is not based off one visit. This has been a consistent happening over 20 visits or more. Finally had enough. It being on the way for my commute is no longer worth it. Save yourself the hassle and go to the one by Home Depot down central the other direction.

Both times I ordered a Chai Latte for my wife. Both times a Chai Latte was delivered WITHOUT donuts. The reviews indicate this is a persistent problem for this store, and from what I’m reading in the other reviews, the service is terrible in person as well. While I find it incomprehensible for the GrubHub driver to leave the store without the only food I ordered, I also find it incomprehensible that the same store is reportedly unable to complete mobile orders with any kind of consistency according to reviews, and the fact that it happened to me, twice in a row, with this store is no longer surprising based on the reviews. I will be speaking to the owner (or corporate), and until changes are made I will tell everyone I know who wants donuts not to waste their time ordering from Dunkin Chai Latte’s Only at 1391 Central Ave in Albany. Inexcusably poor service.
