I used to think that was the only help they could get but the Dunkin down on Broadway is so much more pleasant. Save your time and spend your money down the street at the Broadway Dunkin! There are only two employees who are nice to us - one named AJ and another young lady who wears glasses. The rest of the staff give us attitude when we ask for simple things like straws or napkins. They act like they don’t want to be there. It's disappointing to be treated this way, especially since this Dunkin' Donuts is conveniently located near my daughter's school. I spend a lot of money to be treated poorly. The food is not always fresh and the drinks taste overly sweet. We just ask for a little courtesy and respect from the employees.
