I try not to complain if an order is wrong or if something is slightly off because its a busy location and I understand that mistakes happen but Monday my tea tasted so insanely strong of cigarettes I couldn't even drink it, which is absolutely not okay. Then comes today. I understand being short staffed and overwhelmed but throwing a bottle at a state employee when they simply asked if there was an update on their mobile order is insanely inappropriate. I will not be back to this Dunkin unless I absolutely have to going forward.

Avoid at all costs. Oh... And an employee threw a soda can at a customer who asked about their missing order. This definitely is not okay.
