- MMMelissa Martel5 days ago1.0Literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to, after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru with 1 car in front of me, got charged 15 dollars for 2 coffees , was told "thats how much it is bro" asked for a receipt and saw that I got charged for a hot chocolate we did NOT order. Reply was "you want the hot chocolate or not" replied no and was told have a good day! Pulled around went in and returned coffees and asked for a refund, only to be refunded for the hot choc only. Girl helping was nice but claimed she didnt even work there anymore and wouldn't give the name of the ignorant kid working drive thru. This place needs to be shut down and corporate needs to step in. Absolutely awful if I could give 0 stars I would.

I place my orders online before I even leave my house and its still never completed when i arrive. They take 15-20 mins to make two hot chocolates and a donut. Furthermore, i ordered cookie butter and peppermint mocha hot chocolates and was given plain hot chocolates. I highly recommend you go to a different location in Albany as this is the worst one I’ve been to.
