  We arrived just be forever 12 noon. Took us 15 minutes to be officially acknowledged. We were looked at, firestorm eye contact was made and we were at a table but ignored until a nice waiter acknowledged us and apologized. Our server was pretty bad. We had to seek her out anytime we needed anything ie water. Not a single dirty item was ever removed from the table. Only time she cared about us was the 3 times she asked us to pay out bill obviously still enjoying our time. We spend on average about 400 each visits between food and games l and this will be the last. E last visits were pretty much the same. The manager in the red shirt and Khao pants today's needs to treat his customers better. Took 45 minutes for a member of your staff to find you today I would have loved to discuss this with you vs this public post but if you dont care about your restaurant and reputation neither will I. We did like the new games only reason for stars. Updated to 1 star due to the corporate office blaming me for not talking to the manger on duty. Clearly states that I tried for 4t minutes and was ignored. Not only are the rude and uncaring at the store level, their customer service team at corporate doesn't even read the complaints after they ask you to reach out.

  Absolutely the rudest bar staff I've ever witnessed. If you wanna get treated like you're experiencing a flashback scene in a movie where none of the other characters are aware of your existence, this is the place for you! I dont know what "just a barback" means but apparently it has something to do with refusing to help. We stood at the bar for 13min while 3 staff members walked by us multiple times not even making eye contact. I tried really hard to get someone to notice me and literally and genuinely nobody gave a damn. Firing your entire bar staff right before Christmas isn't even good enough to make them feel a crumb of how they made us feel that night. But not gonna lie, I wish they were all jobless and miserable for the holidays fr. Left without getting anything. Screw being ignored harder than steel.

  This is the worst dave and busters I’ve ever been to. I loaded up my card with 70 dollars worth of chips to play. I should’ve walked around the place before I spent my money. Pretty much every machine was errored out or it would claim to be working and then eat my chips. I probably got about 10 bucks out of the 70 worth of actually playing functioning games. I want a refund or at least all the chips reimbursed that I lost

  Went on black friday and they had a deal games were half price. GREAT right, NO not at all. Lot of games didn't work when you tap your card but still took the credits off or just weren't running at all. Spoke with someone about getting charged and being able to play and they couldn't do anything. Spent 150$ on lunch and games for 3 people and it was very disappointing and frustrating.

  Food was a 2, if I had known before hand I would had just gone for the entertainment. That is a fly on my fries . They asked if I wanted new ones or just a refund... Of course I did not want new ones, but really all you did was refund was 5$ off for the fries and didn't think I wasn't going to write a horrible review! My daughter ordered the salmon in the picture totally looks bigger than what she got, sometimes I really think restaurants try mom's that bring just kids with them SMH, just because it's a kid doesn't me you give them a smaller serving size. The Philly cheese steak should not have the would steak in it for the tiny sliver that was on trying to hide that under the mushrooms SMH. Never got asked how our food was once, it was cold, never asked about refills, oh except my cocktail that the manager slickly asked me if I wanted right after 7pm which was when the happy hour ended so my first 6$ drink my second was 11.99, yeah SMH, that was literally the only time any came to the table.so yeah food service sucks eat somewhere else first lol
