When I asked about it, I basically got told they didn’t feel like making more even though they still charged me and handed me the incomplete order. I went back to the store to get it fixed, and the person who claimed to be the manager told me they “don’t usually remake food or do refunds” and that I should call some 1-800 number. It was my first meal of the day and already around 8 PM ... just remake the bowl I paid for. Then another employee rolled her eyes at me and told me to calm down, like I was the one doing something wrong for wanting what I ordered. Overall, super unprofessional and honestly just rude. I won’t be coming back to this location.

If you order through the app, they either just don't make your order or its a literal hour or more after you order it and you have to beg for someone's attention in order for them to hand you a bag across a counter. If you do use this location, just stand in line instead of ordering on the app. It will be way quicker. But youre better off driving an extra 10 minutes to the wolf road location. The restaurant itself is in a state of perpetual filth no matter when you go. This location has been terrible for years and they clearly have no intention on improving.
