I shouldn't have to preemptively tell them "not toasted" when I order. If I wanted toasted bagels, I would've explicitly asked for it. I hate toasted bagels, it ruins the cream cheese and they always put less on because it's makes a mess. So what little cream cheese I do get is shot out of the sides of the bagels. It's very unpleasant and messy. I should've known something was off when the cashier didn't offer me a receipt. I did not discover this until after returning to work and I ate them reluctantly and pissed off. You made me feel like a fool for tipping a dollar. Thank you for making a shitty day worse. I want my $10.05 back.
