- CMCharnelle Musser2 days ago1.0I ordered two matcha protein drinks for my wife and I using the Dunkin' Donuts app. We requested less ice which the App ALLOWS you to do. I used points to redeem one drink and then paid FULL price for the second. When my wife went to pick up the drinks, they were not full beverages. She questioned the order and was told by an employee that because we had requested less ice, they were not allowed to give us full drinks. Any other Dunkin' Donuts does it for us with no issues since we are PAYING. Avoid this location at all costs unless you don't mind being ripped off.
