  Did not feel a welcoming atmosphere. Rolled up to the intercom, she asked what theu could get for me I asked how are you, she said good what can I get you. Normally people return the question. When I placed my order I asked my drink to be extra stirred, was not. Didnt feel like a valued customer. Please train your employees to at least pretend to value the customers.

  My poor delivery driver waited for a rrally long time for my order. The screen said mynorder was done but when she got to the store. It wasnt even started. The driver said she saw a pile of tickets just thrown to the side of many peoples orders. Then the person in charge of them walked off. She waited for almost another 10 minutes after that. Not the drivers fault, and not the majority of the employees fault.

  When a service worker is rude and disrespectful to you the customer because you pointed out that they were not providing you appropriate customer service...it's very hurtful...no one likes to spend their hard earned money for bad customer service. Go this Dunkin at your own risk . Never had a problem in the morning. This particular employee it was my first time being poorly served. I ended up getting a full refund.

  Went into the store around 3pm Wednesday afternoon 2/ 24/ 26,stood at the counter for three minutes, there was three employees behind the counter, and not one asked if they could help me, I left.
