  The only positive I can say about this place is that the staff is amazing. Our server was great, incredibly helpful, and matched our energy. However, everything else was soulless. The food honestly isn't even worth talking about. Many of the games I've played had insane input delay. Anything with a joystick had at least 500ms of input delay, and that's actually pathetic. Not to mention most of the light gun games haven't been calibrated in months, and it's super obvious. There's nothing special about Dave and busters. I've been to way too many arcades that are 1:1 of Dave and busters with a much lower price, and they actually work on their arcades. It's also not an adult establishment, there were more kids running around than anything. So what's the point? It's like a normal arcade with overpriced drinks, and ran down machines. WOW

  We come often for the games but very rarely grab dinner. Fiancees food was great, but dont get the brisket upcharge on any of the pastas, 4 dollars for that amount (we asked the server to see if it was a mess up since its busy) is actually INSANE

  Went on a double date and had a great time! We got some drinks that were delish, highly recommending that blue water drink (I forgot the name but it was fire)! There was this epic guy working there named Michael and we played games against him and it was a lot of fun! That guy needs a raise asap! We love Dave and busters and we always have a great time!

  Load but still you can talk amungst yourself it’s a great place for family, friends and yes kid friendly and this is the last known place with a arcade, and the older games are cheaper and the updated games aka very fun ones are more expensive so go on days they are having a discount or specialty days! They are great with having a lot of opportunities that let you go and not spend a furtune kids and adults love this place it’s great for first or fun dates!! Also this is the last known place with arcade activities so when you go please go on the days they have discounts or whatever for food or games so you save some money … the location is kinda crappy I wish there was one closer like maybe Amsterdam NY or maybe Johnstown NY would be great I know a lot of people that would go definitely

  I stood at the hostess stand trying to be sat and all employees were ignoring me even after making eye contact. We were told to just go sit by the bar and weren't offered the actual sitting area. We sat in a booth and it took forever to get service, and our server was very cold and rude (had the idgaf attitude). We ordered an appetizer and two entrées, they all came out together. I did specifically mention to her that we wanted the appetizer first… I did tell the manager about it and was told “I’ll talk to her about this “. They are terrible at accommodating as it felt like pulling teeth to get a table that wasn’t a high top for my mother to be at as she’s in a wheelchair. I was so excited to go here as I’ve never been and left extremely disappointed. Also, the $55 play all day limits you to 1500 tickets which if you’re lucky you can get a small stuffy and maybe a dollar store sticky hand (even the tubes of candy like powdered sugar or nerds are 3000 tickets). I understand it can’t be unlimited tickets as everyone would clean house, but I do think it should cap at 5000 so you can at least get something small like a normal sized Pokémon plush or one of the other items that we all know they paid maybe at most and I mean max $10. Overall horrible experience and I don’t think I’ll ever come back which pains me to say.
