- DMDiana MooreJan 25, 20261.0Very disappointed with today's online order. Normally, fairly to somewhat good, but today...not so much. Ordered extra lettuce, red onion and mayonnaise, barely any on the sandwich. Ordered extra protein...Not even! Extra cheese, where? I always give a generous tip. Wish I could order, get and try our food, then tip accordingly. I would NOT have tipped for the sandwiches that we received!!
- JKJerrica kralApr 27, 20231.0Luckily I don't live in yerington. I was only visiting. Unfortunately my mom does live here and the subway is one of the very few places to choose from. On this specific visit, the customer service was terrible. The girls working here have no social skills what so ever. They were out of cold cut, which is completely understandable but when I asked for something else, they got irritated. I asked if they could warm up the bacon and they ripped the cheese off the bread and crumbled it up like she was mad that I was asking. I'm so glad I don't have to come back. I really hope those girls learn some customer service skills. As for the guy in there, he was nice but seemed like he was keeping quiet because of the girls. The sandwiches were good though, so if you want a decent sandwich at the cost of an attitude then this is the place for you 😉
