We were ready to order, and our waiter was no where to be seen for 45minutes. The cook doesn’t know how to make a medium rare.

Lake Tahoe Chart House is the first Chart House we have ever been to, and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff was so kind and so kind and gave us a personal menu Congratulating us on 5 years of marriage as well as my B-Day! The food was delicious, and we can't wait to try another Chart House near us. Very Romantic atmosphere as well!

Loved the ambiance and service! Thank you! Not sure if I’d order the fish again, kinda bland and for price paid, it wasn’t worth it. Hubby had the prime rib…mentioned that it was stringy and tough. Sorry. Loved the asparagus, but looked forward to some sizzling mushrooms, however, still raw and not sizzling. Wine was great and service.

1st time dining here at the Tahie location. Really nice steak and seafood options, lovely wine list. Very little for vegetarians, over baked potato and a couple salads. Why not a portobello option?
Overall its overpriced. Waiter seemed a little off. But you can't beat the view and atmosphere.

Went to the Chart House for my wife's birthday. My steak was rare. When I say rare I mean it looked like the cook put it on a warming plate and served it semi warm. I ordered medium rare. My wife ordered her steak medium and it was on the rare side of medium rare. $48/steak and paying extra for sides is way too much. However, the new Saltgrass in what used to be Harvey's is the same. My advice to the cooks is purchase an instant read thermometer. My advice to the public is don't come to Tahoe if you want a decent steak.
