  Ordered online then had to wait in stall for 30ish minutes to get a burger onion rings and a drink. I tried getting employees attention when they brought out other peoples orders and it wasn’t until after 25 mins of sitting there I FINALLY got someone’s attention told them I’d been sitting waiting for my order. Was trying to call the store but no one answered went to the door and no one acknowledged me. I had to rush off to work so I had to eat cold food.

  I got shorted on my order was told to call the 866 who told me the store owed me the refund. I ended up getting nothing from either.

  This place has issues with service. They are extremely slow. 30 mins waiting at a the window is insane, why not update me on what’s going on to trade an item or get my money back? Nope they serve the cars behind me and there’s no in sight at the Window. I highly don’t recommend this location.

  So the first guy I talked to had great customer service. The lady at the window was very bad customer service. They gave me one sauce for my large tater tots and when I got home everything was cold
